Hand Knotted #1
The Hand Knotted series combines hand knotted carpet weaving with rag rug weaving techniques, using the sleeves of worn dress shirts in place of individual threads. This work examines the valuation and material production of labor: of the handmade, the factory produced, and white collar work.
